At the Hamilton Gardens Cafe, we will provide you and your guests a high quality experience at a range of affordable prices whilst enjoying the unique setting of the Hamilton Gardens, one of the country’s premier tourist attractions.
Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner Buffet Catering
During day-time hours, our cafe lounge cafe lounge can seat up to 75 guests for your buffet lunch.
For breakfast and dinner buffets outside of cafe hours, we can utilise the cafe area aswell and can then seat up to 100 guests.
Breakfast buffets start at $25 per person including GST
Lunch and dinner buffets starts at $30 per person including GST
Our buffets have a minimum requirement of 25 people
Prices include tea, coffee, linen, serviettes, crockery and staff.
There is no room hire when using our cafe venue.
We have a microphone and projector system available depending on the time of your occasion.
Bar and beverage services are available by arrangement.
We can also cater in the pavilions which holds up 500 people for buffet dining.
Christmas Buffet
We have a specialised christmas buffet menu starting at $45 per person including GST; however, you may choose to use our other buffet options for your christmas function if you wish.
Wedding Buffet

Arrange a meeting with us to discuss your requirements for your special day. We are well aware that one shoe does not fit all feet in the world of weddings and therefore some customisation can be discussed.
Canapes and Cocktail Events
Our cafe lounge can fit up to 150 guests for a cocktail event. We are also able to do canapes around the various gardens.
High Noon Lunch Menu
Served on one metre square tiles. All items are hand crafted and offer a sophisticated finger food buffet option.
Tea and coffee is included
Prices start from $28.50 including GST

Funeral Catering
We cater for funerals both in the cafe lounge and also on site in the pavilions.
The cafe lounge can hold up to 150 guests.
The pavilions can hold up to 800 guests.
A minimum of 25 people is required for the funeral package.
Prices start at $10 per person including GST. (Tea and coffee included)
Price includes use of linen, serviettes, crockery, and staff.
We will customise where possible to suit. Bar and beverage service available by arrangement. Complimentary use of microphone and projector if you are using the cafe lounge.
Working and Packed Lunches
These can be presented on platters or as a packed lunch. These options are ideal for seminars and conferences held in the pavilions or for groups in the cafe as well. The packed lunch option allows conference attendees to spend their lunch break exploring the gardens or may be taken on field trips away from the gardens.
Our conference and seminar package is suitable for groups 20 plus, the economy "Day Delegates Package" starts from $20.00 GST inc. per person with all packages including tea / coffee /hot chocolate being available from "arrival" at the venue
All prices include linen, serviettes, crockery, cutlery and staff.
